If you have accidentally provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your updated shipping address, full name, and order number. Most orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to contact the shipping company directly to divert your package to an alternative address or arrange pickup from one of the shipping company's outlets. The shipping company may charge you a small fee for these services.
