How do I return an item?

Only approved returns will be accepted, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request return approval and instructions, ensuring you include your full name and order number. Please do not return items directly to the production centre as these facilities cannot accept returns. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
