Because our prints are made to order, only products that arrive damaged or defective are eligible for a refund or replacement. To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing [email protected] with a clear a photo of your damaged or defective goods, your full name, and your order number.
We don't accept returns or exchanges for customer errors which are out of our control (e.g. if you choose the wrong size print, change your mind or provide the wrong address). Please remember to measure your wall and/or check your frame dimensions before selecting a size.
